FEES

DOG-GAMES likes to keep things nice and simple - there are no hidden fees or administration costs -

The only money sent to us is when a dog successfully completes a stage of a DOG-GAME.

The very first time your dog does Dog-Games, you must fill in a First Entry Form and also send us a fee for £2* - which covers the cost of setting up all the handler's and dog's details on the website's Roll of Honour.

All it's subsequent entries are to be made using a Main Entry Form with a fee of £2* per entry/line.

A Stage consists of a maximum of five attempts in a row, with both the handler and the helper (who acts as a tester/witness) making sure that the dog does not become too tired or over excited.  To pass a Starters test, the dog must do 3 correct runs out of a maximum of 5 attempts.  Meanwhile, the rest of the tests require the dog to do all 5 attempts correctly to pass.

* It is now also possible for handlers and trainers to pay for their fees on line by using our web shop. This allows "Credits" to be bought in multiples of 5, thus reducing the cost of paying from abroad etc.

TRAINING FEES

For those of you who do Dog-Games with trainers - any training fees on top of the Entry Fee should not be sent to Dog-Games. It is the Trainer's money for them to keep in recognition of their help and advice. However, Dog-Games will not condone excessive or unreasonable training fees and we will take action against those found to be abusing the Dog-Games name and it's ethos.
